Everyone needs to be fit and active.  Everyone should have heard that health is wealth.  But few have understood the actual meaning of this statement.  The proof of this is that the person who understands this saying does physical activity every day.  But the reality is that only a few do physical activity.  Do you do any physical activities every day?  What do you do to stay healthy?  Is your body and mind most dull?  If yes then why?  And here's how to activate it.

Hospital costs can be greatly reduced if we take proper care of our health.  The most important thing is that we can get a healthy body.In order for a person to stay fit and active, both physical and mental health needs to be healthy.  Mental health is linked to physical health.  If you are physically fit then you are mentally fit too.  Physical health and mental health are linked to each other.  If a person is physically ill, he is also mentally unhealthy.  So to be mentally healthy, it is important to be physically healthy first.  Here we will focus on how to keep physical health healthy and active.

The most important part of staying physically and mentally fit and fresh is getting enough sleep.  Getting enough sleep means is not  as going to bed at 12, 1 o'clock at night and getting up at 8, 9 o'clock in the morning.  Get enough sleep at night to make your favor time.  And get up between 5:00am to 6:00am o'clock in the morning.  Most people drink tea and coffee as soon as they wake up, but I say don't drink tea or coffee. Drink a glass of warm water.  It is better to mix lemon and honey in hot water and drink it.  If you don't have honey, you can drink only lemon.  And be fress. Do 30 minutes of physical exercise after freshening up.  Exercising in the morning is very good.  Because morning activities give energy throughout the day and keep the body active.  If morning exercise is not possible, set aside a suitable time to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. And it is advisable to eat some fruits after morning exercise.  In this, banana is more suitable because in the morning the body's metabolism is down and banana helps in this.  Or you can eat other fruits.  Some people also eat milk.  After a while, if possible, it is better to take dry fruits.  And have breakfast between 8 and 9am.  Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day.  But eat healthy food for breakfast, it gives good energy.  (Note: This time may not be suitable for some collages students. They may arrange their own suitable time. You may do everything according to your suitable time.) Some people have lunch without breakfast.  I say here to give your body enough calories.  And give proper energy to the body without any problems.  Have lunch in the afternoon after breakfast.  Better to have an apple between breakfast and lunch. Never let the body get into a situation where it is very hungry. It is best to have your dinner between 8 and 9pm.  (Note: Not everything I say here may or may not be suitable for everyone. Time is not the same for everyone. You can set aside time to suit everything.)

Never give up physical activities.  Most people spend their time in bed, which is not good.  Our body is not for sleeping.  If you really want a healthy life, follow the instructions.  All of these things can be easily applied by everyone in their life.  It says everything in a simple way that everyone can easily apply in their life.  These are the minimum requirements for a healthy body.
