Hard work is the key to success in any endeavor. But hard work alone is not enough. There are some people who work hard all day long but it is difficult to eat a single meal. This will make us understand hard work with smartly and logically. This is about hard work and smart work.

It takes hard work and dedication to get you to success. It is not just about hard work.  You have to be able to  work smartly and logically with hard work. There are some people who work hard but can't be successful or not make a lot of money. Wisdom is a sign of how much hard work you can do in any field.  Success is not achieved by hard work alone and success is not achieved without hard work Knowing this is smart work. Everyone wants to be successful, but real success comes only from those who can do hard work and smart work. Steps must be taken to prevent success. Success is different for everyone.  Everyone avoids pain and many people who seek pleasure fall into this trap  It is
harmful in the long run.  So a logical mind is 

needed here. The pleasures should be such that they do not harm you in the long run. The person is trapped in instant gratification.  It traps many people and it is almost impossible to get out of it once you get used to it. One of the biggest problems is the habit of procrastination. The elements that seduce a person are sex hunger and sleep. Some people want more of these things. It takes an intelligent and logical mind to keep moderate all these things. Some people are too lazy to work hard And such people fall into schemes like get rich quick. Some people do not work hard and say that what is in their destiny(fate) happens.  Such people can never be successful who doesn't understand what is hard work and smart work.

You need to know where to go, where you are now, and how to go about it. Fate is the result of hard work and smart work and dedication. No success comes by chance. You have to be able to plan and identify opportunities for it. Everyone wants to be successful, but not everyone can do the hard work they need. "The harder you work, the happier you are. This world is full of job seekers."
