Responsibility drives a person. As long as a person is inactive without any responsibility, responsibility plays a big role in making him active. If you are not satisfied with your current situation, you may want to do   

something to satisfy yourself this is also responsibility.  If your financial situation is not good then you have a responsibility now you want to improve your financial situation.  If your responsibilities in any job increase, that is the reason for your progress. Responsible people keep striving for success. Even if they make a mistake, they learn from every mistake. Some people blame others for their mistakes these type  people cannot be responsible and cannot be successful. Responsible people are trying step by step and learning lessons from every step.              

The person who is not responsible keeps blaming others for his / her mistake or not being able to do anything. Responsible is a weapon that cuts through procrastination and excuses.   The responsible person is the one who is determined to do it for himself.  Being responsible is the key to success. Responsible is the action to be taken to be successful and not being responsible leads to failure. Responsibility helps a person to choose the right job and it motivates them to work positively in the right direction. It provides information on how to properly manage one's
life. People without responsibility are lazy. 

They wish that such people could have made it for themselves.
